Elevate cleanliness standards throughout the hotel!!! More reliable amenities are essential, as broken equipment causes avoidable guest frustration!!! Consider effective communication regarding pool schedules and ensure staff are trained for better guest support!!!

Some parts shine, others fall flat

The location was perfect for my needs, right where I wanted to be. The fresh hot breakfast with made-to-order items was also a delightful start to my day!

Unfortunately, the check-in process was painfully frustrating due to unexpected payment policies, and my room was less than clean, leaving much to be desired in terms of maintenance.

I loved the spacious guest room, the charming decor throughout, and the fun pool area was perfect for relaxing!

Everything fine, but breakfast poor.

I enjoyed the spacious layout and charming decor around the hotel. The wide corridors made it easy for me to walk, and the abundant soft seating areas were perfect for relaxing with family and friends.

More accessible seating in dining areas would be helpful.

Service was rough and room was dirty

Our stay was a disaster. The front desk was a mess, couldn’t find a clean room at 5 PM. When we finally checked in, the room was old and dirty, not what was pictured! The pool was closed when we got there, and when it finally opened, the water was freezing! Plus, the lack of towels was ridiculous. Breakfast was terrible too! Ugh!

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Texan Hotel And Convention Center! The spacious guest room was comfortable and well-equipped with a microwave and a small refrigerator, which made it perfect for us. We also loved the charming decor throughout the hotel and the relaxing corridors. The pool area was so much fun for us and our kids!

The breakfast options could be improved.

This place suits me perfectly with free parking, a mini golf area, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with luggage, which I appreciate. I can’t wait to come back next year!

Had an awesome time here with my friends. We loved the spacious atrium and enjoyed the large heated indoor pool. The mini golf and arcade games were a hit! Just know they have a great breakfast to kick off your day, and the staff really went above and beyond for us.

Had a rough check-in when the front desk was a bit unfriendly about my card. They only accepted debit, which wasn't mentioned before. This isn't a deal-breaker, but it was annoying.

I had a fun night enjoying the decent breakfast and the shower that felt so refreshing. The pool area was relaxing, and it was great to unwind in such a chill spot. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin my overall stay. 😊
